  My most recent visit was due to an update that made my phone go berserk. But, Kim Pinkney(I think that was her last name) really did an excellent job getting my issue resolved and getting a new phone in my hands. She was extremely helpful, and even though the problems with my phone were complex enough that she had to call someone from customer care to get it sorted, she didn't stray away from it. She stayed with me to the very end. I really appreciate that gesture, and not being tossed around between associates. Thank you so much, Kim. You're really wonderful!
