I canceled a warranty months ago and the woman didn't want to do it because "it hurts the store''. And the other day they wanted to charge me $15 for each bill print out. Whenever I asked questions employees would laugh at me instead of answering them. I can easily go spend money else where on a phone plan, not a problem!
