  This is the WORST Dollar Tree I have ever been in. Which is sad because it is fairly new. Majority of the shelves are empty, there are piles of random items stuffed everywhere. Carts full of random stuff shoved up front. Piles on top of piles of empty boxes blocking aisles. I added several pictures of the interior of the store. Not only is the store a mess, the people that work that don't care. With the condition that store is in, there shouldn't be a single second the employees are on the clock that they shouldn't be physically working. Getting stock on the shelves, cleaning the disorganization that is everywhere, etc. However, that is not the case. They are leaning down with their chests resting against the counters while carrying on conversations with each other and people that clearly don't work there and aren't there to shop. To make matters worse, one of the people doing that was the store manager. Day to set an example! I don't know how their district manager isn't on their heals making sure that store is getting back to the way it is supposed to be. There's no way there sales aren't effected by that mess.
